Import Agency ServiceOur service is charged on the basis of 5% of the total imported value of the goods subect to a minimum charge of £1,000 per consignment. Our import agency service will manage all your sourcing, shipping, freight forwarding, and customs handling of all import documentation with the different companies and agencies involved. The 5% (or £1,000 minimum) is for our service. You will still have to pay the costs direct to the supplier, the freight fowarder, and the customs. You can source the products yourself or we can assist. Pro-forma invoices are sent from the supplier to you before you confirm your order so you know exactly what the supplier is charging for the goods.
